Listing, Searching and Managing your Orders

In order to manage your Orders, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with <%SFNB_RESE123LLER_BRA123ND_NAME%>, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel<#start reseller#>:

   For Resellers: [fn]Reseller Control Panel Login[/fn]

   For Customers:<#end reseller#> [fn]Customer Control Panel Login[/fn]

2. Next, click <#start reseller#>

   For Resellers: Products -> List All Orders.

   For Customers:<#end reseller#> Manage Orders -> List/Search Orders.

3. Search for the specific Product Orders by selecting the appropriate Product under the For Product drop-down menu.

   For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Include Sub-Reseller's results check box.

4. On the next page, you would see a list of Product specific Orders bought through <%SFNB_RESE123LLER_BRA123ND_NAME%>. Click the domain name associated with an Order to reach the Order Overview.

5. Click the Product specific tab on the right hand side to reach the Order Information view, from where you can manage the Order.
